We are currently trying to implement structural authorisations and we are struggling to figure out why in PA30 does not display certain contractors. The results finish at personnel number 811 but when it checked using a super user it shows personnel number 816.
I ran a trace and the trace seemed to show that authorisation checked ok until 811 and after that it jumps to S_GUI check. So not sure why it does not show a check for 812-816 and if there was a problem then it should flag as an authorisation issue, but there is no check for personnel number 812+.
Anyone have any idea's on this?

May be working as designed and you have configured.
What is your setting for turning on Structural authorization? You may need a higher number.
Do the contractors have their IT 0105 ST 0001 created?

Hi,
You need to definitivly check whether the structural auth is the problem or the role is the problem.
Go to transaction OOSB and click on the information button next to you user. You will see a list of HR object types and numbers. Check that you can see object type P and the missing employee numbers.
If you can't see the employee number then the issue is your structural auth, otherwise it is your standard auths, check P_ORGIN.
If it is a structural problem, what solution are you using to return the employees. Are contractors linked in to the org structure like normal employees, i.e. are they assigned to a real position that belongs to an org unit. If not then how should your PD profle return the contractors?
Can you give a definition of the structural auth definition you are using as this may help troubleshooting.
