Hi,
Is there a way to setup up a user with a profle or role
to display everything, but not change anything (or
hardly anything).
I checked PFCG, and there are many roles to display
one or more areas, but nothing all-encompassing.

U have a SAP strandard Role Z:DISPLAY_ALL
which gives all transaction codes with display access ONLY.
