2. which authorisation profile contains this transactions.
Is there any standard report which I can use?

Where-used list - Where-used lists - For authorization values
It's also report RSUSR060 (variant - SAP&_WERTE For authorization values).
Enter S_TCODE auth object, enter the transx code you are looking for, then choose either Profiles or User masters.
