Hi
Changes done to User profile and send changes by transport.
User has been using the TCodes for 2 weeks
Later he report no longer have authorization
In Dev & Tst he has no problem in accessing the Tcode BUT not in production.
What could be the cause, any ideas.

Time dependent role allocation in Prod?
He has different roles in different systems?
Master data etc that now has auth grp applied in Prod?
Have you performed an SU53 & compared it in the different systems?

All the roles in DEV, TST, and PRD is the same.
TCode in PRD is missing. He could access PRD for 2 week but now no longer.
SU53 refer that Tcode need to be assign.

If your profiles are identical and you are sure of that and you are transporting the profiles, then the check indicators may be different. Compare the settings of SE97.
