Answer:
Go to PFCG, enter that role name. Goto the authorizations tab and click the change button (with the pencil in it). Do a search on S_TCODE and when it opens up, add the transaction YEBPTS91007923H. If S_TCODE is set to display only, you might have to add S_TCODE manually. After that, generate the role by pressing the generate button (the little red and white ball or circle) at the top of the screen. Transporting the role is up to your control processes. Each company does it differently. Contact your Basis person for that.
