Question:
Hi,
There are 2 users A and B and both of them have the similar access but there is an issue.A is not able to do what B is and when i compare the two users using SUIM i see that for some of the objects they have the different values.I don't understand why....because ....to me if a role is assigned to n different people they shud b able to do the same job.Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Answer:
if they do not have the exact same roles, you will see differences. Some objects can be replicated across many roles, so, if one user has at least 1 different role, you can't expect both to behave the same.

Answer:
Both Snowy and you are quite correct - the same Role will give the same access to each who hold it (assuming no other Roles are held). You mention that your users have similar access - rather than the same access so I take it that they have different Roles.
So first list the Roles each one has and then compare the contents of these to find where access differs.[/i][/u]
