Hi,
I get a SU53 output from a user that looks like this:
Object: EHS: Substance header (C_SHES_TRH)
Activity: 01
Substance authorization group: <Dummy>
It is generated in transaction CG02 (EHS: Maintain substance)
Problem:
The check indicator on field level (in SU24) can't be set to value 01 for activity! So when generating profiles with the profile generator it is not possible to generate a profiel with this value for the above object.
I've searched for notes at sapnet but couldn't find any note on this object.
Can someone please point me in a direction to solve this issue?
Btw: SAP release is 4.5B

Have you tried pushing F7 when you have the activity options open?
This allows any activity to be selected.

Or alternatively, if CG02 is calling for activity 01 but activity 01 is not provided then you might have found a "feature". I would suggest you report it to SAP (if there's now't already on OSS).

You can enter the missing value in table TACTZ if the activity field is ACTVT, the key is the object. The possible values are in table TACT Which you can also add values to to "fix" the '3' when '03' is the only option.

Direct maintenane of TACTZ is available with SM30, though in some versions SAP forces you to use SU21.

John's suggestion of maintaining TACT etc. is the best way but if youfind an authorization somewhare in the system that has the 01 value you can import that authorization into your role.
