The functional guys have maintained the required Authorization group in the table "t134", but when i return to build the role , these maintained values in the table are not populated in the drop down box.......for the auth obj "M_MATE_MAR"
Do i need to activate anything for the maintained fields to get populated for the Authorization object

But the field is for the table authorization group and not the group rite?so do you think you can still give the table instead???

M_MATE_MAR has two fields to fill in - Activity & Authorization group.
The authorization group field in M_MATE_MAR is BEGRU.
BEGRU is the authorization group field in T134.
If there is a value in BEGRU on T134 for a material type, then you put it in the role to give access.
If it doesn't show up via the pull down menu when you build the role - just type it in.
