Does anyone know what objects are needed for a BW user to save a workbook to a role. I am building a role in 3.5 BW for Report developers and they need the ability to save a new workbook to a role.

As you are building the Roles for saving the workbook, i think you would be knowing the concept of having the dummy role and assigning that one in the Main role...... in the Object "s_user_agr" and in the dummy role u need to have the following objects :
s_bds_d
s_bds_ds
s_gui........ let me know if this works , and if you are not familiar with this concept of dummy role and the main role.........i can give you a detail steps to proceed.....

Your user needs to have change access to object S_USER_AGR. I would recommend a standard naming convention for any roles that your users will be modifying in your production system so that you can restrict users to these roles only.

I know of SAP "authorisations requirements for BW roles" which is
the authorisation accelerator. I searched the web without joy. I am in need of this becuase I am about to compile the requirement for my company. Could you either email me the spreadsheet or direct
me where to find it exactly. It is becoming quite urgent.
