Question:
Hello All,
Users have lost access when using F110. Not sure if it is for FI or from HR, but in the past week, user's have lost the ability to print the garnishment payment advices on their checks.
The first information I was given was an SU53 showing the F_IT_ALV auth object with a value of 70 (Admin). The this was never added to any of the FI users roles or profiles. So based on an July 2003 OSS note it was said that it needed to be added to view line items. Secondly, I removed some HR access from a profile which should not have been in the profile. I removed the PLOG, P_ORGIN and P_PCLX auth objects and it's values.
Does anybody know if either of these things would cause the AP Clerks to loose the ability to pick up the Payment Advice for their checks?
Answer:
There is a value in P_PCLX that you may be missing. 'GA' if I recall correctly, it stands for garneshment and can be viewed in the possible entries list. This is usually the problem and a ST01 trace May show it
Answer:
You may also get arround the P_ORGIN excess access problem by assigning the correct values of P_ABAP to the role.
