1. Grant access to users to delete their own created views. The user can not delete queriers, only views.
2. Create workbooks an delete them.

No individual user control on workbooks saved in the system. They can always create personal workbooks on the desktop

Users can save them in the server. I just don't have a ready solution for how you can restrict them to their own workbooks.
