our BW team are desiging a cube which contains the infoobject
0ORGUNIT and the cube will be feed from HR system.
Does this signals the use of structural authorisations importing
process becuase 0ORGUNIT will be used in the cube ?

No it doesn't.
One of the big nasty uglies of BW is the way "structural authorizations" are implemented (or better yet not implemented.)
SAP has a method of transferring structural authorization to your BW id but what it boils down to is that they find all the objects you are authorized for and generate an old style profile that has all of those objects.
