Hi experts,
I'm already installed SAP R/3 Enterprise. But when i logon to SAP System with SAP* account, I can open existed program for viewing only, can't create new program in ABAP workbench. Then I created new user, set A_ANZEIGE (All authorizations for the R/3 System) profile for it, but when i logon with this new user and access ABAP Workbench Editor, it said that I am not authorized for to do this.
You are not authorized to use transaction SE38
So how can i create new user with all permission on SAP System ?

it doesn't work because A_ANZEIGE doesn't contain all auths. SAP_ALL + SAP_NEW contains nearly all of them
