The employee is the lowest level in org structure. When you create
a PD Profile for object 'P and use function module RH_GET_ORG_ASSIGNMENT you get all employees within the org unit.
But how to get the user in question only? Is there any eval path to use or workaround. We do not want create a PD Profile for each employee so that
object 'P' is housed with the personel number.
SAP says employee level is not regarded as an org structure.
Answer:
You can write your own function module that links user to position or presonnel number and place that in the structural authorization.
