Question:
I have been able to add mitigating controls to resolve conflicts within roles, but the mitigating controls are not reflected in the User conflict report (Conflict b/w Roles).
The user conflict report is still showing conflicts within roles even though all the role conflicts have been mitigated.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

It seems you mitigate sod within roles. However if users are having more than 1 role sod may come from combinations of roles (ie: composites). Hence, treat combination of roles that users have as a composite and you
need to mitigate on that "composite".
