Say a Manager requests an HR Admin to perform some tasks on his behalf in MSS. Or to make it even easier, say an HR Admin should have complete MSS access to all employees in the organization.
Technically, what methods are available to have an HR Admin have access to all employees in MSS? I know about the "chief supervisor" flag, but that wouldn't work for an HR Admin whose org unit would not be at the very top of the organization hierarchy.
Besides the chief supervisor, what are all the other methods for determining which employees roll up to a manager? (ie, position/reporting structure, evaluation paths, etc etc)
