I'm testing ITS-WebGui 6.10 (Patch level 23) and the webgui.srvc parameters :
~disconnectonclose 1
~disconnectonclosestatus 1
but if I close the browser window or enter a new URL, the ITS session it is not closed and the user remains logged into SAP (from SM04 trans.)
What's about ?

We have the same problem ! It depends of your browser version. If you are under IE 5.0, you are unlucky ! Like us
There is no solution for IE 5.0, you must install 5.5 or 6.0
But if you are under 5.5 (or 6.0) try to put the parameter ~disconnectonclosestatus egal to 0.

Not only the IE version, I have found that if I run webgui with IP :
(http://NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN/scripts/wgate/webgui/!)
a lot of problems occours.
While if I run webgui whit HostName
(http://hostname/scripts/wgate/webgui/!)
all work fine.

I am DARS C !
We have load balancing with 2 ITS serveur, so we connect only with hostname. If we put the patch 23, all PC with Win 95/98 and IE 5.0 sp2 can't connect to ITS ---> PC crash !!!!!!
So we can't migrate our ITS in production with this patch. SAP told us that IE 5.0 is not maintain since first january 2003, so ....
We have to wait for migration under Win 2000 IE 5.5 to have a solution to our problem of user blocked (about a hundred call to help desk by day !!!)
If you have a solution with IE 5.0, you will be our god
What is your browser ???
