Trying to add a transaction to a role I noticed that when I assigned this
transaction the popup for organization levels would appear. After saving
it I lost all objects in this role that had org. level fields in it. ??

Thats weird... did u maintain the Org level in the Maintain ORg level Tab or in the individual Authorization Objects?

Used the Maintain ORg level Tab but the transactions I was adding were
customizing ones that did not have anything to do with org. fields. I can add manual objects but no transactions the regular way.
