Hi gurus,
Read/write access to Basic Pay infotype has been restricted in one of the authorization profiles that I assigned to user.
Using transaction PA20, she's not able to view Basic pay Infotype due to the above restriction.
However, when she tried to perform an execution of adhoc query with output fields from Basic pay infotype, she's able to generate the pay information.
Question: how to enforce the authorization in adhoc query tool ?

Answer:
Check to see if the user has access to object P_ABAP for SAPDBPNP
I think this may allow them to do what you are describing.
