Would somebody provide some info. on how to configure this tool? I worked with Virsa CC before but my current client is moving toward buying Approva. They have not decided yet but I would like to be ready when it comes. I will appreciate if somebody can share this info, may be a user's manual.
I had heard and read here in this forum that Approva is not real time but some people here say otherwise. I would appreciate comments.

approva works by extracting the data and then analyzing it. The products come with delivered business rules based on standard separation of duties. These can be changed or new rules created. The rules run against the data extracts and provide dashboard reports with w variety of outputs.
