I wanna give the SPRO Tcode to a particular user which should be able only to modify the Logistics - General Part Only.
Can any body help??

I may have done this the longest possible way, but I created a new role with just SPRO in it, then assigned that role to a test user and clicked on each of the transactions in the Logistics - General section. For every authorisation error I added the missing auths into that role. It took a while but I was pretty confident with the result.

You can assign projects or project views of IMG to a role. On the Menu tab go to Utilities - Cust.authorizations.
When the profile is generated, the system creates the authorization which
is necessary to perform all activities of the IMG projects/project views
assigned.
If a project or project view has been assigned to a role, it is no longer
possible to manually assign transactions to this role. This means that
such a role can only be used for generating and assigning Customizing
authorizations. Vice versa, a role with transactions assigned manually
cannot be used for Customizing authorizations.
If IMG or Project IMG is changed, the authorization data of this role must
be regenerated.
