Running SAP HR here. I have a pretty good setup of structural authorizations. We run RHPROFL0 hourly via a batch job and it works well.
My question is about structural profile reconciliation with OM. If an employee is moved from one ORG unit to another, is there a specific job that reconciles if the employee can be accessed by the structural profile?
It seems like when personnel are shifted through are organization, it is taking some time before the structural coverage reads the change.

Im not quite sure what you mean by indexing. If it isn't a default, I guess we aren't.

Structural indexing is required when users have access to view/read multiple objects within the HR Org structure. The structural profile determines which objects can be viewed and multiple profiles or single profiles, which read many object’s can impact performance of reporting. Table T77UU serves to enhance this performance. Structural authorisation objects for the users in the table are stored in the SAP memory and this speeds up authorization checks.
Reports are RHBAUS02, 01 & 00. If you are using strucutral authorisations I would recommend these jobs are scheduled to improve system performance if nothing else but should clear up your problem too.....
