We are doing a clean up of a couple of our DISPLAY_ALL roles for auditors, but when we try to compare the old version with the new version of each role, there is a limit on the number of authorization objects that are compared. It happens in both 4.5B and 4.7.
Is there a way to quickly bypass that, other than asking the developers to make a custom program that maybe compare all teh objects, instead?

Are you carrying out the compare via SUIM? Try directly reading the entries instead from table AGR_1251 if SUIM is causing this problem.

Many thanks for your answer. I already know about that table, but comparing that way for such a big role, is too time consuming.
I thought there was a way to change the display of that SUIM program somewhere so that it compares all the authorization objects and not some.

can you run the compare in the background? might speed things up a bit & you can view the spool output when job has run.
