Also make sure that if you are using any programs that my feed off of the users group for some reason that when you change them you let the ABAPrs know. Eventhough you own user groups you still want to let them know.

FYI - there is an Option to customize in your child systems the table PRGN_CUST just add CUA_USERGROUPS_CHECK = C there. This will create you the group in child system if not existing before... (default is = E which brings in SCUL the error message)
