Sorry but I do not understand your question.
ME22N gives access to change a purchase order. The object checked is dealing with purchase orders concerning a specific plant.
I can see no reason why you do not just add the object to the role.
If you have concerns about specific plants, then control this in the organizational level.

by the way the problem was because , user had two deleted line items in the PO where the plant field was not maintained .So system checks for blank palnt while displaying the PO and throws the error as we have not added blank value to the object .Sytem takes the last PO by default while entering the transaction and was throwing the error.

Hi,
It is asking for addition of organization filter values. Please do following steps.
1. Go to Authorization tab in using edit option Tcode PFCG for role in which you are getting error.
2. Here you can see one button on top named as "Org filter" click on that.
3. Here you will see different organization filter like company code, purchas ort, sales org, shipping point, plant etc..
4.Go to plant code and add ' '.
5. Save org filter tab.
6.Now make sure that object M_BEST_WRK is present in role with ACTVT - 03. If it is not present please add manually. Which will authomatically pull plant value with ' '.
7. Now merge, reorgznize, save and generate that role.
8. Check your Tcode ME22N login through your id to which role is assigned.
