I am building a role around HR master data for maintain Infotype 105 and I have included in the object P_ORGIN - Infotype =105 and all other field values are *. However, when this role is assigned to the user, user is unable to search for emp master data in PA20 or PA30. Taking F4 on emp no, takes to the screen where input is required either on emp first name or last name but returns no values. However, if emp no is entered in PA20, PA30, everything works as expected. No issues. The only problem is search function not working. Autho trace (ST01) results in missing IT=0002 (Personal data - Read) which is against the need of this role. Can't include IT=0002.
Autho - level defined as M, R, W.
Switch - AUTHW-P_ORGIN set to 1.
Please help.

This is must in order to search impolyees you need alteat M,R values for Infotypes 0000-0002 which depends on how you want to search.each Infortype required for searching like search by Org unit,Search by Name it will depend on these 3 infotypes.Ask your customer still they want search option

By including Infotype -0001 to 0002 with autho level =M (only M - R not required), the issue is resolved.
