Batch authority -- need summary of objects to use

Question: In R/3 4.6C, I have a user who needs to:
1. Analyze batch jobs of two userIDs (sample names ABC and DEF)
2. Execute her own batch jobs

Based on a trace, this is what I currently have in the role that the user is testing:
S_BDC_MONI
Activity: ABTC, ANAL, AONL, FREE
Session name: ABC, DEF (the IDs that have batch jobs she wants to analyze)
S_BTCH_ADM
Background administrator ID N
S_BTCH_JOB
Job operations: LIST, PROT, RELE, SHOW
Summary of jobs for a group: *
S_BTCH_NAM
Background user name for autho: (a different set of userID names)

Do I need to make changes to these authorizations, or provide authority via other objects?
Should any/all of these userIDs be System type, or can they be Dialog IDs?

Thanks for your assistance,
Ed
