Question:
Morning all
We currently have a number of scheduled jobs in our production system, that send the resulting spool to a shared distribution list.
However, someone (don't know who) keeps deleting the shared folder that contains the lists, so as a result, the spool goes nowhere and we have to re-create the lists...
Is there any way of protecting the lists other than creating them as private? I want the lists to be available to a small number of people who support the system, I just don't want them to get deleted all the time!
Any tips appreciated, a search here and in Google hasn't presented any ideas as of yet... Cheers.
