Hi all.
Having to work offline because of activities been way too far from any phone reception area, and using a laptop, what is the best way to approach this issue??
Is there any tool that could absorb SAP actual data and then, at one time in the day or week, upload it to the system??
I've read about netweaver ( very light) but I guess that has to do with on-line, wireless connection....
Suppose working on a isolated construction site or so.....Which would be the best way of getting the data to the system????

SAP's solution for this is MI (Mobile Infrastructure). It's part of Netweaver and based on J2EE Engine on the server and J2SE on the client. However what you can do with it depends on the scenario's. For instance, with MI you're able to use offline time-writing and synchronise once you're back online. SAP ships certain scenario's out-of-the-box, but a lot of other staff needs to be developed yourself.
