I saw few discussion regarding my problem here but no solution. May be you have one now.
A group of user have the t-code FV50 and other FI ( for clearing in example )
The object is F_BKPF_BUK with activity one.
We want to give the T-Code FV50 to the user but remove the option post. But if we do that ( remove activity 1 ) thats remove for the t-code clearing.
We have few options but I would like to know how you fixe it on your side.

Working as designed... for that object 01 is post for ALL FI transactions that check for that access. You cannot selectively make the object work for only the tcode you want. If the code has 01 checking for post and the user has the access then they can post.
You may be able to use the variant tcode option to create a non-postable version of the tcode and remove FV50
