Question:
Hi, my users have request to run this program whenever a new employee has either been hired or successfully transferred to a department.
Normally RHBAUS00 is run nightly but since some HR requires immediate access to such employees, may i ask if there is any issue in running this program, namely:
Does it affect the HR user's online experience when they are doing their work halfway and this program is run?
What i know is that the User do need to log out and log in before he can access this person.
I am using the indexing framework, meaning all my Users are placed in the index table.

As I recall report RHBAUS00 loads the structural authorization evaluation into table INDX so SAP does not have to re-evaluate the access each time the user logs on. THere is a setting in the system that tells SAP when to reload the database table with the new evaluation so the access is current. The report RHBAUS00 forces a refresh and depending on how complex your access is it may take a long time to run inless you can run it for a certain user. THe logged on user will not be effected ( nor will the evaluation be updated if the data is loaded into memory). There may be a timestamp check within the HR code to check for updates so there is a chance they would see the new data.
