We are on release 4.7. We have recently implemented structural authorizations for ESS ( Employee Self Service) and MSS. Below is issue that we are facing with.
When user X is transfered from org. A (old org) to org B(new org), manager from org A(old manager) can still approve time for user X , even though user X is in under org B (under new manager). From security point of view, we have verified everything and it seems fine.
1. Tolerance time is set to 15 days, however manager can approve time after 15 days.
2. PD profile for RH_GET_MANAGER_ASSIGNEMENT has correct values for all roles.
Please advice, if there is an OSS note or came cross this issue.

Try running the re-indexing program RHBAUS00 by giving the Manager's user-id on that.
