Hi,
Our user access team says that we must create one invoice output type for each country, for them to control the access to create output records in VV31, VV32 (and I guess control the printing). This means we need to create 42 different outputs for the 7 different invoices we have, which sounds a little crazy to me...
Can't output records maintenance be controlled on sales organisation level as this object is in all the key combinations/condition tables for the billing output?
I have no clue about access and authorization, so please, is there someone who knows how to control this without having to create all these output types?

Even though not maintained in most versions as standard in SU24 these tcodes will check : V_KONH_VKS (activities against output type) and V_KONH_VKO 9Sales Org)
