Question:
SAP Friends,
I need to have the tcodes that are listed in the AGR_TCODES table populated in the users menu in the standard SAP menu format and only need the tcodes that a user has access to to show up in there menu not all tcodes which is the SAP default. Does anyone know a way to do this in an automated fashion? I know I can do this manually with custom menu's but I would like to automate this process is possible due to me having over 100 roles to update with these menus.

Hi Mark,
1. When user logs in, in his initial screen, on the menu bar go to
Menu > User Menu.
2. Go to the Table "SSM_CUST" and play around with the correct parameter which automtes the process. U can definetly find a solution here.

Don't forget that in USERS_SSM you can set it so that the user only sees the users menu which will be populated with the t-codes they have access to if you use the standard role-based method?
