Hi Friends,
Client is using ITS 6.20 running on SUN OS.
We are facing a problem that the users are seeing Chineese character set as default but it should be Japanese Character.
Now where and how do I set the default language in ITS.
Pls suggest me a solution.

Is this a language problem? Do you specify ?lang= parameter on the URL. Or is it a codepage issue at OS level?
