How to Limit Drop Down Selections

Question: Hello

We are deploying CRM 4.0 and for Account/Activity management purposes. Currently - there are approximately 10-15 different transactions types for creating activities i.e. - inbound call, outbound call, meeting, sales call, etc. We would like to limit the selections to just a few selections - such as outbound call and sales call. Where in the role is this achieved?

We also want to limit the selections for status as well (take away system generated such as closed).

The CRM role we copied is SAP_PCC_V02_SALES_REP to Z_SAP_PCC_V02_SALES_REP.

Peace of cake should you read my SAP CRM authorizations manual!

Hint:

CRM_ORD_PR is the object where you restrict in such a case per transaction type if you can create/change/display etc a certain business transaction.
