First I would like to appreciate to spend your valuable time to read my queries.
My Client is running EBP system for E-Procurement. The System landscape is SAP SRM 4.0 (Patch Level SAPKU40006) and ITS 6.20 (Patch Level 13).
We have more customize in every screen. So we are taking Z – Versions of All EBP Procurement Screens and published in ITS System.
We have problem in taking Z version.
Z version of SHOP, SHOP (One Screen) Working Perfectly.
But when I click Shopping Cart Status screen the ERROR Occurs.
Errors
Interpreter Failed
The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.
Please contact the system administrator.
Internal error code: 0x2101.
Question
1.Why the ERROR Occurs. How to solve it.
2.Also what is the correct procedure to take a Z Version of All EBP Screens? (Now we taking Transaction, Internet Service and Function Group & Modules).

Patch up to patch SAPKU40007 - according to OSS note 741067, that should fix you error.

You will get the error message, if template was not published properly.
Try to publish once again and try.

You can use report W3_SERVICE_PUBLISH to publish all the ITS pages.
