Hi,
I'm creating roles for my users, and while their testing them I add transactions they need to it.
Now one of our users has noticed that they can't use the SAP mailing tool.
Does anyone here know how I can activate this for all the users?
The way I do it normally is go into PFCG - the role -> then add the transaction they need to the menu and generate the profile.
But if I just add transaction SDWP(?) (the workplace) , then they don't have permissions for S00. If I add that they need SO00. And if I keep on adding these transactions to the menu, the menu will be a mess...

If you want only to have the tcode SBWP ( I beleive this is theone you want) on the menu and not all the others SBWP calls in the menu you then go to SU24 and configure it to bring in what you want adding the objects and values needed for the functionality you want.
You can also configure SBWP in SE97 not to check the tcode-start of the options, but you will still need the underlying authorizations.

S_OC_TCD
S_OCD_SEND
S_OC_ROLE
S_OC_FOLCR
S_OC_DOC.
Sure SAP has a standard profile and activitygroups for this ???
