We want that manager that filled appraisal forms (ver 4.7) can not "complete" the forms but only save it (status process) can we do it?
how can we prevent that manager can not changed or create data in their personal appraisal forms (they can only display it)

I'v been trying to find a solution to that for a long time. Apparently, there is no authorization check through which this can be achieved. Any help from the gurus?
Perhaps it can be done by making a custom transaction with a screen that does not contain the 'complete' button. Wonder if that is possible.
