Our company is starting to work with EP6.0 attached to CRM 4.0 and SAP R/3 4.7 along with BW. Where is the best place to pickup information on the functionality of EP6.0. I need to find out what are the different ways to get information out of the different systems, how to call transactions, how to call BSP's and possibly how to create BSP's. Any other information on Portals.

go to http://www.sdn.sap.com and ask questions here. It is aslo user/pass protectd site, but easier to get. Also you will get some more information as you are SAP customer (You can tie your customer number with your user name)
also http://service.sap.com/ep60 has soem infomation but they are pointing to SDN
