Question:
I use SAP 46C.
I made a hard work creating many, many roles where I mainly exploited a nice offering of SAP: to insert a long list of transactions for every role and then, automatically, the necessary authorization objects show and I only have to fill those objects and no others.
When I saw the menus generated for every role, the transactions are not showed into a tree structure such as standard menu, it is a long list of options (transactions). Users felt angry with me and answered: we want to see the same as an standard SAP menu, i.e. logistic->material managm -> etc. and not : change purchase order, Enter GL account document, etc.
So, I say: I made a work of days, I will lose more time if I use the other alternative that is to instantiate the standard menú and "mark" the transactions I need only.
Is not there the possibility to say SAP: hey!! all the transactions list I made, transfer to standard menu and show only the those transactions in the tree?

Answer:
No such feature, Tell the users to use the SAP standard menu. You will have to "create" your own menu buy inderting folders and putting the tcodes in the various menus. there is not feature to "read my list and make a menu".
