Hi all,
I have a requirement to change approver agent in WS12300111, we usually just create the rule and assign it to workflow. But after I did all and tested it. It failed with error.
And now I got BAdI PT_GEN_REQ, here I can overwrite the approver which user input. I am using START_WF method. In this method it has SET_NEXT_PROCESSOR method to set the approver agent. I have done everything and tested it using test program RPTARQUIATEST. When I tested it and debugged it, the approver agent can be assigned but work item is not created.
Can anyone please help me on this?
