Hi SAPFans,
ONE of my users can not display any of his options under the Favorites menu at the SAP Easy Access Menu, he clicks on any arrow at the left side of the Folders he created but can not display his transactions.

Answer:
2 possible actions here (that I have done)
1) Highlight "Favorites", work your way down the menu and click on "Insert transaction". Then type in the transaction code.
It should appear in the Favorites menu.
2) Highlight "Extras" and click on "Settings", click in the "Display technical names" box, and click on the green tick to save.
The transaction code for each transaction should now be displayed.
