Hi experts,
I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on Portal security. It looks pretty easy UME part and role setup part (EP 6.0). Can somebody tell me where do I configure if a user has multiple roles which one should be displayed and how it gets displayed. Even inside a role how the content is arranged?
Any suggestion and/or resource will be highly appreciated.

Hi
Portal security is more or role assignment. However, please understand the basic difference of Portal and R/3 security - Portal roles are contents and not authorizations like R/3 roles which has definition of authorizations. Accordingly, it is more of Content development skills which are required for Portal. Real access control is at R/3 level where your core knowledge of access controls is applied.
