GR55 executes various types of report groups CCA, PCA, etc. Trace the execution. You can use S_PROGRAM field P_GROUP "out of the box" to control which program groups are executed. Depending on the report, you should have further options for restricting access. The trace will reveal this.

The only control you have is which set a user can use based on the authorization group on the report set. In general the reports are not internally controlled with authorization checks. It is possible to create you own sets to do what you want, but as delivered there is no guarantee the report has internal check on org fields like co. code.
