Answer:
do not know what you ask for, i have given you the TRX that one could give to every user in the system, but one should evaluate if you want that
Answer:
Your company should have a template setup for the common user i.e. basic user that would have everything from using the printer to checking mail. I guess then whatever you have to give the user would depend on what the user is going to do.... and his level of authority - based on those requirements, you have the common T-Codes that go with the job description.
For a list of all t-codes SM01 should do the trick
Hope this helps?
Answer:
These transactions are pretty much standard for every user and should be added to basic user role:
SO01 - SAPOffice: Inbox;
SU3 - Maintain Users Own Data;
SU53 - Evaluate Authorization Check;
SU56 - Analyze User Buffer;
SBWP - SAP Business Workplace;
SP02 - Display Spool Requests.
However few authorization objects should be added manually to this role as well:
S_GUI with activities 60 and 61 for exporting/importing lists to SAP;
S_ALV_LAYO with activity 23 for creating, changing or setting default ALV layouts.
I hope that helps
