Question:
Does anyone know if there is a risk to granting transaction SICK?
All I understand about this transaction is that it allows you to check the status of the SAP system.
Any other details you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated!

no risk at all,
note that tcode SM28 does the exact same thing.
But still ,why grant this to everyone? Give it to Basis only.
