Hi,
I logged on to Portal -> Identity management.
I tried to create a user id for portal. I have tried many ways by copying an existing user to a new user, i strike to the error message:
An error occurred in the persistence; contact your system administrator.
Could anyone help please?

An error occurred in the persistence
The users are stored in either UME (which resides in a database) or are externally managed/stored (user datasource). So contact your system adminstrator to see how this is configured in your Portal.
