problem doesnt seem to be hard if unique role for user who needs
to be reduced exists, but there is a role with 20 people and i
need to restrict access to some transactions to particular user,
not to all. can anybody explain how to make it as simple as it can be?

Hi,
What you are trying to do is not the way it's done. All users with the same role has the same access. Only exception to that is with structural profiles within HR.
you need seperate roles for seperate access requirements

Answer:
Copy the role into two new ones, remove the required TCodes from one and then reassign the new roles to your users.
There isn't any other way (as you've already been told on ITToolbox)
