Hello.
Is there a way in transaction VA01 to restrict the user access to some Order Types?
I know that we can use object V_VBAK_AAT to restrict the sales doc types and we already do it but for SOX SOD issues we must be able to restrict the Order Types directly and clearly. I also found object I_AUART but this one seems to be available only thru PM (Plant Maintenance).
So is there a way?

I am not sure what you mean by "restrict the Order Types directly and clearly". Our users are role based. The big issues I have seen are you can issue credits and returns, types CR & RE and who can release blocked orders activity 43. So the order clerks can have access to most order types except CR & RE. They cannot release any blocked orders. The order manager can release, so we gave that role activity 43. We have a person in receiving who handles returns. That person has only order type RE and does not have activity of 05. Hope this helps.
